BuffaloLove Development: investors in projects, buildings and neighborhood activities that build and strengthen neighborhoods.
Bernice "Buffalove" Radle and Jason Wilson co-owners of BuffaLove Development: preservation, sustainability, community will present at the Nancy Haberman Gacioch Entrepreneurship Lecture Series April 2, 2014 from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Wick Campus Center Alumni Lounge.
BuffaLove Development was formed in 2012, with a vision to invest in projects, buildings and neighborhood activities that build and strengthen neighborhoods in a way that typical investors or developers do not. BuffaLove Development which is owned and operated by Radle and Wilson, aims to bring together elements of historic preservation and sustainability into each project through the use of good materials, design and community direction. They are taking a comprehensive approach to the neighborhood by investing in three areas â vacant lots, singles and doubles and mixed use anchor buildings. They believe that with a comprehensive approach, they will inspire growth, create jobs and strengthen our neighborhood. Featured in the New York Times these young developers are making a difference in their neighborhood and in greater Buffalo.
